The inaugural meeting of the European Union Horizon Project PROSPERH, in which our university is a partner, took place on January 25-26, 2024, at University College Cork in Cork, Ireland. The meeting, attended by 21 project partner organizations from 19 different countries, aimed to evaluate the work packages to be implemented in the project, which will span five years, and to develop a working plan. Workplaces and work environments have experienced rapid changes in recent years due to digital and green transformations (twin transitions) as well as the COVID-19 pandemic. The project will address the effects of new working methods such as remote work and changes in the work environment on the mental and physical health of employees, and how workplaces can become environments that promote health.
